Tarsee is a product of Asenvi ("we", "us"). Tarsee is an automated assistant that answers and qualifies the calls people make to a real estate agent ("the agent") when the agent can't pick up, then routes the lead to that agent. This page explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with Canada's PIPEDA/PIPA and CASL.

What we collect

Consumer lead information: the details a caller provides when they reach the agent's line (name, phone number, and the property or area they ask about), so the agent can follow up.
Call details: a recording and/or transcript of the call, used to pass an accurate lead to the agent and to improve the service. If a call is recorded, that is disclosed at the start of the call.
Agent application information: when a real estate agent fills out the "See if you qualify" form on this site, we collect the name, brokerage, market/area, phone, email, and the qualifying answers you provide (solo or team, lead sources, rough lead volume, biggest pain), so we can reply and set up the service.

How we use it

To answer the call a person makes to their agent, qualify the inquiry, and deliver the lead to that agent.
To reply to an agent's application, assess fit, and set up Tarsee around their existing calls and lead sources.
The assistant identifies itself as an automated assistant and does not provide real estate advice, quote prices or values, or discuss listing terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Lead data is shared only with the agent the call was intended for.

Who handles your data

We use a small number of service providers to run Tarsee: for example, a cloud host and a voice/telephony provider to answer calls, and a messaging/email provider to notify the agent of a new lead or to reach you about an application. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service. We keep information no longer than we need it, and never send it anywhere for unrelated marketing.

Consent & your choices

Tarsee answers inbound calls that people place to the agent's own line, so callers have already chosen to make contact. When an agent submits the form on this site, they consent to be contacted by us about Tarsee by phone, text, or email; you can withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time. Anyone can ask not to be contacted again, and any recording or data can be deleted on request.
